Borenius advised BBVA in its acquisition of Holvi Payment Services

We advised Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (BBVA) in its acquisition of Holvi, a Helsinki-based online business banking service. Holvi, which was founded in 2011, describes its offering as ‘Banking for Makers and Doers’ and provides entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized businesses with a range of business services as well as traditional banking through its online platform.
