Borenius represented a public company’s board members in an extensive securities enforcement case

Our Corporate Crime team represented several members of the board of directors of a Finnish publicly listed company in an extensive securities enforcement matter. We also represented one of the directors in subsequent criminal proceedings in the District Court. The extensive case related to alleged offences and violations of the Finnish securities markets regulation on profit forecast and profit warning.
