We advised CapMan’s portfolio company Bright Group on the sale of its installation, import and equipment sales businesses in Finland and Sweden to inherit. Bright Group is a leading provider of event technology services in the Nordics, while Audico is a Finnish provider of audio-visual solutions and equipment​. The total turnover of the acquired business was EUR 19 million.
