Borenius advised CapMan on its investment in Pharmia

We advised CapMan on its investment in food supplement and medical device specialist Pharmia. This is the first investment the CapMan Buyout XI fund has made in Finland and marks its second investment overall. The fund was established in 2019.

Pharmia specialises in contract manufacturing and the development of food supplements and CE-marked medical devices. The company’s product portfolio consists of vitamins, minerals and probiotics as well as CE-marked flu treatment products. Pharmia’s customers include well-known pharmaceutical and food supplement companies as well as pharmacies and wholesalers in Finland and abroad. Founded in 1993, the family business today employs 90 people.
