Borenius advised CapMan Real Estate Oy and Bayerische Versorgungskammer on the acquisition of EUR 80 million prime residential portfolio in Finland

We advised CapMan Real Estate Oy and Germany’s biggest public pension fund, Bayerische Versorgungskammer (BVK), when BVK acquired a prime residential portfolio from LocalTapiola Real Estate Asset Management Ltd’s fund Tapiola KR IV Ky. The portfolio consists of seven residential buildings with a total of 356 apartments and over 18,781 sq m. All of the assets are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with excellent public transportation connections and services close to the properties.
