Borenius advised Certior Capital on the formation of Certior Special Opportunities Fund

We advised Certior Capital on the formation of Certior Special Opportunities Fund, a fund that aims to capture the opportunity arising from the current stressed market situation. The fund will invest in e.g. distressed debt, opportunistic strategies, special situations, non-performing loans and asset-backed securities through primary fund investments and direct co-investments. The fund held its first close at EUR 35 million and has a target size of EUR 75 million.
