We advised Citycon on the EUR 16 million sale of Sampokeskus shopping centre to special investment fund Trevian Finland Properties I. Sampokeskus is a four-storey shopping centre located in Rovaniemi, consisting of 14,400 square metres of leasable area and 67 tenants.

After the acquisition, the fund’s portfolio consists of 167,659 square metres of leasable area and 506 tenants.
