Borenius advised Componenta on acquiring Komas

We advised Helsinki listed Componenta Plc on acquiring the entire share capital and capital loans of Komas Oy, a machining operations company, from the funds managed by CapMan, Fortaco and certain minority shareholders. The purchase price consists of 6 million shares to be issued by Componenta. The closing of the transaction is subject to certain authority approvals and a decision on the share issue of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Componenta.
