Borenius advised Corum Origin SCPI on the acquisition of a healthcare property in Helsinki
We advised Corum Origin SCPI, represented by its asset manager Corum Asset Management, on their acquisition of a well-known healthcare property located in the Munkkivuori neighbourhood of Helsinki, Finland. The acquisition marks a strategic investment in a high-quality healthcare asset featuring a strong tenant and stable income, which further enhances the deal’s value and appeal.
The property is fully leased to two tenants, Pihlajalinna, a major Finnish healthcare provider, and Munkkivuori Pharmacy. As one of Pihlajalinna’s largest units among its 160 locations, the medical centre at Raumantie 1a has been a community cornerstone since the 1980s, offering comprehensive private emergency services, including paediatric and general practitioner care. Recently refurbished, the property boasts approximately 4,346 sqm of lettable area, meeting modern standards while preserving its historical significance.
Corum Origin SCPI is a French civil real estate investment company that makes investments in various types of real estate assets across France and the Eurozone. The target property was previously part of the Fennia Life Insurance Company’s real estate investment portfolio managed by S-Bank Real Estate.
The project brought together the expertise of Borenius’ Real Estate, Tax and Structuring teams.
