Borenius advised Danske and Nordea in connection with Suominen Corporation’s credit facility agreement linked to sustainability targets

We advised Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch and Nordea Bank Abp in connection with Suominen Corporation’s EUR 100,000,000 credit facility agreement, which is linked to sustainability targets. The margin of the facility will increase or decrease depending on Suominen meeting two key performance indicators for sustainability, namely an increase in the sales of sustainable products and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions​. ​
