Borenius advised Danske Bank A/S and OP Corporate Bank plc on a EUR 500 million green term loan for Neste Oyj

W​e advised Danske Bank A/S and OP Corporate Bank plc on their EUR 500 million green term loan for Neste Oyj.

The proceeds of the loan will be used in accordance with Neste’s Green Finance Framework. The framework is designed to support the financing of investments into the development, operation, maintenance, and expansion of Neste’s renewable and circular solutions, which aim to mitigate climate change on a global scale by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
