Borenius advised Danske Bank on a EUR 20 million term and revolving credit facility for CapMan Growth Equity Fund III Ky

We advised Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch on a EUR 20,000,000 term and revolving credit facility for CapMan Growth Equity Fund III Ky for the purpose of financing the acquisition of Tana Oy and its subsidiaries. The facility has a term of three years with the option of two one-year extensions.

Tana Oy is a globally operating environmental technology company promoting sustainable development by offering smart equipment and solutions for processing solid waste. TANA products are exported to more than 50 countries through a global distribution network including more than 30 authorised Tana dealers. The turnover of the company is expected to exceed EUR 65 million for the past financial year.
