Borenius advised Delete Finland on its divestment of Delete Ympäristöpalvelut

We advised Delete Finland on its divestment of Delete Ympäristöpalvelut Oy, a subsidiary that operates in the Recycling Services business area. The transaction was carried out by selling all the shares in Delete Ympäristöpalvelut to a company in the Remeo group, which is a well-known Finnish environmental services company.

Delete is one of the leading environmental service providers in the Nordic countries, and it is currently divided into two businesses: Cleaning Services and Recycling Services.
