Borenius advised DEN Group on the sale of Talliosake

We advised DEN Group on the sale of Talliosake to a group of investors formed by former entrepreneurs of Talliosake Oy. All business operations of Talliosake Oy and its subsidiaries will be transferred to the new owner. Talliosake Oy’s personnel will transfer with the sale and continue on their existing terms.
