Borenius advised EAB Group Oyj on its Nasdaq Helsinki main market listing

We represented EAB Group Oyj when it transferred from Nasdaq Helsinki’s First North marketplace to the main market on 2 May 2019.

Approximately three and a half years ago we advised the EAB Group (then called Elite Varainhoito) on its First North IPO, and we are happy to see the company taking the next step with its main list listing.

EAB Group Oyj is the fifth company we have assisted in transferring from First North to Nasdaq Helsinki main market within the last three years.

The EAB Group offers versatile and high-quality asset management services for private investors, institutions and professional investors. The EAB Group uses the name Elite Alfred Berg as its marketing name.

Group companies include EAB Asset Management Ltd, which engages in asset management activities, and EAB Fund Management Ltd, which acts as a fund company and authorised alternative investment fund manager.

The Group’s customer base consists of individuals and corporations that are served nationwide in 14 different locations. The Group manages assets of over EUR 3 billion in total on behalf of its clients.
