Borenius advised Erindale Investment on the acquisition of the Porttipuisto retail property from IKEA Centres

We advised Erindale Investment, a private family office based in Tokyo, on the acquisition of the 12,200 sqm Porttipuisto retail property located in Vantaa, within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, from IKEA Centres. The Porttipuisto retail park opened in 2012 and comprises two floors accomodating tenants such as Hong Kong, Vepsäläinen and Musti ja Mirri. The property benefits from an excellent location next to the IKEA store in Porttipuisto, Vantaa.
