Borenius advised Evolver Equity on the formation of Evolver Fund II

We advised Evolver Equity as it raised its second private equity fund, Evolver Fund II. The strategy of the fund is to make buyout investments in Nordic small cap companies with a presence in Finland or Sweden.

Based in Finland, Evolver Equity established its first fund in 2019. Evolver seeks to act as a catalyst for sustainable growth in its portfolio companies, which include innovation consulting company Spinverse as well as Toyrock, a distributor of toys, games and family leisure products, XPartners Samhällsbyggnad, a technical consulting company, and Inprocon, a Swedish fire protection company (exited in 2023).
