We advised Fennia on the sale of a prime single tenant office property to a fund managed by Swiss Life Asset Managers. The property locates the Finnish headquarters of Danske Bank Plc in Ilmala, Helsinki, and the total area of the property is approximately 28,000 sqm (office premises 17,600 sqm and parking and other premises 10,000 sqm).
