Borenius advised First Camp on their acquisition of Apukka Resort

Borenius advised First Camp, the largest group of campsites and resorts in the Nordics, on its acquisition of Apukka Resort, one of the largest and leading resorts in Finnish Lapland. This acquisition marks First Camp’s first destination in Finland. Closing is expected to occur during the second quarter of 2025.

Apukka Resort, located just outside Rovaniemi, has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 22 million, and the business includes 116 cabins and glass igloos. Winter tourism in Rovaniemi is experiencing strong growth, with currently over 40 direct flight routes to and from Rovaniemi.
