We advised Func Food Group Plc, a Nordic wellness company that represents a comprehensive portfolio of well-being products, and its main owner Sentica Partners, a Finnish private equity sponsor, on a complex transaction where Func Food was sold to Nasdaq-listed Celsius Holdings, Inc. We also assisted with the restructuring of a bond issued by Func Food at the same time.
