We advised funds managed by CapMan in the sale of Esperi Care Group Oy, a leading Finnish social care company offering residential care services to seniors and clientele with special needs.

The transaction is subject to only customary regulatory approvals. At completion, the ownership in Esperi Care Group Oy is transferred to the investment company ICG, Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company and Esperi’s active management.
