We advised Harvia on its acquisition of Sauna-Eurox and its sister company Parhaat Löylyt.

Sauna-Eurox  is one of the world’s largest suppliers of safe and durable sauna stones. The company has accumulated over 30 years of expertise in different stone varieties, their thermal durability and their use as sauna stones. The company’s stones are acquired from responsible sources in Finland with raw materials often sourced from the valuable side streams of larger stone materials used in the construction industry.

The acquisition allows Harvia and Sauna-Eurox to increase the availability of sauna stones and bolster their production capacity. It also provides Harvia with the stone-related expertise required for business expansion and quality assurance in a product category that is essential for sauna heaters and ensures an enjoyable sauna experience.
