Borenius advised Havator Group Oy in connection with the issue of EUR 29 million in senior secured floating rate notes

We advised Havator Group Oy in connection with the issue of EUR 29 million in senior secured floating rate notes that are due in 2024. Havator acted as the issuer and Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch as the sole bookrunner in the transaction. The proceeds of the issue were used to refinance an existing mezzanine loan as well as for general corporate purposes. The transaction included e.g. an intercreditor arrangement between the bondholders, hire purchase lenders and other lenders as well as a common security package for the bondholders and other lenders.
