Borenius advised Huurre Group on the sale of its Refrigeration Solutions Business to Caverion

We advised Huurre Group Oy on the sale of its Refrigeration Solutions Business (i.e. Huurre Finland Oy and its subsidiary Huurre Sweden AB) to Caverion Plc, which is listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.

The sold Business generated EUR 48 million in revenue in 2018. The majority of this revenue, i.e. EUR 30 million, was generated in Sweden.
