We advised ICECAPITAL on the formation of ICECAPITAL Housing Fund V, a real estate fund that invests in residential real estate in the Helsinki metropolitan area and other growth centers.

Being the fifth of its kind, the fund raised EUR 140 million in capital commitments from institutional investors.
