We advised InArea Group on its acquisition of Heikkinen and LTU Group.

After the acquisitions, the Group’s total turnover amounts to approximately SEK 3 billion with 1,400 employees. The acquisitions of Heikkinen and LTU Group are the Group’s first international acquisitions and, at the same time, enable additional acquisitions in Finland and further expansion in the rest of the Nordic region.

In Finland, Heikkinen is the clear market leader in flooring contracting, tiling, and floor leveling. LTU Group is Finland’s leading company in the painting industry and has historically demonstrated very good profitability. Together, the Finnish companies have a turnover of approximately SEK 1.2 billion with a combined total of 600 employees.
