Borenius advised Infinited Fiber Company Oy on its development financing round totalling to EUR 40 million

We advised Infinited Fiber Company Oy, a technology and fashion company, on the successful completion of a development financing round totalling to EUR 40 million, with significant investments from new investors Inditex, TTY Management, Youngone and Goldwin, in addition to the existing ones.

The first part of the development financing round, which closed in the summer of 2023, included investments from existing investors. Apparel companies H&M Group, adidas, BESTSELLER, and Zalando further reinforced their long-term commitment to Infinited Fiber Company. In addition, the investment company VTT Ventures participated in the first closing, and the investment companies Security Trading and Nidoco AB participated in both closings of the round, providing strong and continued support.
