Borenius advised IPR.VC on the formation of its second media and entertainment fund

We advised IPR.VC on its establishment of its second media and entertainment fund, IPR.VC Fund II. The new fund will invest in European TV, film and interactive content.

The fund raised EUR 42 million by its first closing and seeks to raise, in aggregate, EUR 60–70 million by its final closing. The investors include institutional investors, family offices and foundations.
