Borenius advised JM Suomi on the sale of Noli Studio hotel to NREP

We advised JM Suomi on the sale of a hotel project to NREP. The hotel will be designed in co-operation between JM Suomi and NREP under the Noli Studio concept.

The Noli Studios concept seeks to provide clients with flexible services in changing situations and to combine hotel-level services with the comfort of a private home. The hotel will be located in Herttoniemi in a new residential block developed by JM Suomi near the Hertsi service center and the Herttoniemi metro station, and it will comprise 265 studios on nine floors.
