Borenius advised Juuri Partners on the divestment of Vitality and Group

We advised Juuri Partners on the sale of the entire share capital of Vitality and Oy, including its group companies Bertil’s Health Oy and Makrobios Oy, to Midsona AB, a Swedish publicly listed company.

The two operative companies within the Vitality and Group, i.e. Bertil’s Health Oy and Makrobios Oy, have undergone significant growth in recent years. Midsona is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm) and is a leader within the natural and organic products, consumer health and health foods sectors in the Nordics.

The Group employs approximately 800 people in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Spain, France and Finland. The Group generated circa EUR 370 million in revenue in 2020.
