Borenius advised Kesko on the sale of MAN Truck & Bus business

We advised Kesko (K-Auto) on the sale of its MAN Truck & Bus business to Adampolis Finland Oy.  The sale is part of Kesko’s strategy to focus on the sale of passanger cars and vans.

Kesko is a Finnish listed trading sector company that operates in the grocery trade, the building and technical trade and the car trade. Its divisions and chains act in close cooperation with retailer entrepreneurs and other partners. Kesko has approximately 1,800 stores engaged in chain operations in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
