Borenius advised Kiosked in its EUR 15,000,000 financing from EIB

We advised Kiosked Oy Ab (Kiosked) in its EUR 15,000,000 financing provided by the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the research, development and innovation activities in the field of online advertising platforms and software.

In addition to the debt financing, the assignment involved option rights granted by Kiosked to the EIB.
