Borenius advised Korona Invest on the sale of MV-Jäähdytys

We advised private equity investor Korona Invest on the sale of MV-Jäähdytys to the Nordic Climate Group (NCG). NCG is portfolio company of Swedish PE sponsor Altor.

MV-Jäähdytys is a market-leading Finnish provider of cooling and heating services. As cooling and heating are at the core of energy efficiency especially in the Nordics, the sector is expected to continue generating further interest in the future.

Korona Invest has been MV-Jäähdytys’ main owner since 2018. MV-Jäähdytys has sales close to EUR 30 million and 300 employees.
