Borenius advised KPS on the Finnish aspects of the acquisition of INEOS Composites

We advised KPS Capital Partners, a global private equity house, on the Finnish aspects of the EUR 1.7 billion carve-out acquisition of INEOS Composites from INEOS Enterprises Holdings II Ltd. Paul Weiss is the lead counsel to KPS.

INEOS Composites is a global manufacturer of unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl ester resins, and gelcoats, with over 900 employees and 17 manufacturing sites and three technology centres in North and South America, Europe (including Finland), Asia, and the Middle East.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
