We advised Kruunuasunnot on the sale of over 1,200 rental homes to global investment firm KKR. The rental homes are located on 30 properties in twelve cities around Finland. The transaction is the largest real estate transaction in Finland so far in 2023, and it is expected to be completed during the summer.
