Borenius advised Kvanted, a new Nordic industrial tech investor, on the formation of its first fund

We advised Kvanted on the formation of its first venture capital fund, Kvanted Fund 1 Ky. Kvanted is an industrial tech investor backing early-stage entrepreneurs and industrial tech players that seek to transform the industrial value chain. It raised EUR 70 million of capital commitments to its first fund.

The fund will primarily invest in early and growth stage industrial technology companies in the Nordics and Central Europe.

Kvanted has already announced two investments: in Fractory, an automated on-demand platform connecting engineering and manufacturing companies, and Resoniks, a pioneer in the use of acoustics and AI in industrial quality control processes.
