Borenius advised LeadDesk on its acquisition of Norwegian Zisson AS

We advised LeadDesk Plc on completing its acquisition of Norwegian Zisson AS and its Swedish subsidiary, Zisson AB. This strategic acquisition, announced on 19 December 2024, has been finalised with the necessary approval from the Swedish Inspectorate of Strategic Products. The integration of Zisson enhances LeadDesk’s technical capabilities and expands its customer base, particularly in the healthcare and public sectors, aligning with its growth strategy in Continental Europe.

As part of the transaction, LeadDesk issued 336,718 new shares to Zisson’s former owners, representing about 5.8% of the total shares post-issuance. The new shares are listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland. Additionally, LeadDesk secured new term loan facilities to support its strategic initiatives.
