Borenius advised LeadDesk Oyj on the acquisition of Loxysoft AB

Borenius advised its long-time client LeadDesk Oyj on the acquisition of Loxysoft AB, a SaaS company that focuses on customer service and sales related systems.

The debt-free purchase price is approximately EUR 13.6 million. ​

LeadDesk offers a SaaS service for high volume sales and customer service and has grown to a leading cloud service vendor in sales and customer service in the Nordics.
