Borenius advised Lifeline Ventures on the formation of a new EUR 130 million venture capital fund

We advised Lifeline Ventures on the formation of its fourth venture capital fund, Lifeline Ventures Fund IV. The fund raised EUR 130 million from institutional and private investors and family offices.

The new fund makes early-stage investments primarily in software focused companies and companies engaged in advanced technology.

Lifeline Ventures is a Finland-based early-stage venture capital firm founded by serial entrepreneurs. Lifeline Ventures launched its first fund in 2012 and has invested in more than 70 companies.
