Borenius advised Logent Group on the acquisition of Logistikas

We advised Logent Group on the acquisition of a Finnish company called Logistikas Oy.

Logistikas, previously majority owned by KH Group Plc, is a market leader in contract logistics in Finland with the net sales of approximately EUR 32 million and 250 employees in Finland.

Logent Group, based in Sweden and majority owned by the private equity investor Stirling Square Capital Partners, is a market leader in dedicated contract logistics in the Nordics with approximately 3,000 employees and a turnover of approximately EUR 200 million.

The acquisition of Logistikas supports Logent’s strategy of expanding and growing its presence in Northern Europe.
