Borenius advised Lounea on its partnership with OP Finland Infrastructure

We advised Lounea on its partnership with OP Finland Infrastructure to accelerate the development of fiber optic and telecommunications infrastructure networks in Finland. Lounea signed an agreement with OP Finland Infrastructure LP regarding an investment of EUR 50 million into Lounea’s subsidiary Lounea Net Oy. The investment will be made as a convertible capital loan.

Lounea is one of the leading telecom operators in Finland. OP Finland Infrastructure is a Finnish infrastructure fund managed by OP Asset Management and it belongs to Finland’s largest financial group OP Financial Group.
