We advised Lounea Oy on its acquisition of Oy Canorama Ab, whereby Lounea Oy purchased all shares in Disigma Holding Oy.  Disigma Holding Oy is a parent company of Oy Canorama Ab, which is a nationwide service provider of ICT and printing solutions in Finland.

By concluding this transaction, Lounea Oy took a significant step towards further expanding its ICT solutions operations.
