Borenius advised M-Files in EUR 24 million Series B round

We advised M-Files Oy in EUR 24.4 million Series B round of funding led by French Partech Ventures. The other investors included the existing shareholders Finnish Industry Investment and British Draper Esprit. The arrangement also included a EUR 9.7 million share sale by certain existing shareholders. The investment is one of the largest venture investments in a Finnish company in recent years.
