Borenius advised M-Files on EUR 67 million growth investment

We advised M-Files Corporation on a EUR 67 million growth investment and on the arrangements and transactions related to it. Bregal Milestone acted as the lead investor in the investment round, accompanied by the existing investors Partech, Finnish Industrial Investment and Draper Esprit.

The investment will be used to accelerate M-Files’ growth and it will further expand M-Files’ market penetration especially in North America.
