Borenius advised MB Funds on the formation of a new buyout fund

We advised MB Funds on the formation of MB Equity Fund VI, their sixth private equity fund that continues the investment strategy of its predecessor funds. The investors of the new fund are mainly institutional investors and funds of funds.

MB Funds is a Finnish private equity firm that invests principally in mid-sized enterprises in Finland. Its mission is to create sustainable growth and to partner with companies whose ownership or business is going through changes. MB Funds has successfully invested in approximately 50 mid-sized Nordic companies.
