Borenius advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing on the purchase of a residential real estate portfolio from Kojamo Group plc

We advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio comprising 1,594 rental apartments from Kojamo Group plc. The acquiring parties were a real estate fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, Premico Group Oy and Renger Investment Management AB. The assets are located in 15 cities in Finland. The value of the transaction is EUR 97 million, and it is expected to be closed during the second quarter of 2018. Borenius also advised on the financing and tax aspects of the transaction.
