Borenius advised Ness, Risan & Partners on the sale of a logistics portfolio to GLL Real Estate Partners

We advised Ness, Risan & Partners on the sale of a logistics portfolio consisting of five Finnish properties and 135,000 sqm to GLL Real Estate Partners, which was backed by South Korean capital. The portfolio consists of three postal centres (Tampere, Kuopio, and Oulu), one warehouse (Tuusula) and one freight terminal (Pirkkala). The properties are leased on a long-term basis to Finnish postal and logistics company Posti Group.
