Borenius advised Nest Capital in forming a EUR 100 million private debt fund

We advised Nest Capital in the formation of a new EUR 100 million private debt fund. Nest Capital is an independent investment partnership within the CapMan Group, and the Nest Capital team currently also advises CapMan Mezzanine Fund V.

The new fund will make private debt investments in small and medium-sized companies across the Nordic countries. The investor base of the fund consists of various Nordic and European institutional investors and family offices.
