Borenius advised Nordea on the financing of Metso Outotec

We represented Nordea Bank Abp as the arranger of backup and term loan facilities of EUR 1.55 billion for Metso in connection with the combination of Metso Minerals and Outotec.

The purpose of this combination was to create a leading company in process technology, equipment and services that would serve the minerals, metals and aggregates industries.

During the Metso-Outotec combination, we also represented Nordea as a financial advisor and advised various lenders on revolving credit facilities.
