We advised the Normet Group on the acquisition of Remion. The Normet Group is a globally operating Finnish technology company that offers underground construction and mining processes.

Remion provides innovative IoT solutions and services for various industries, machine and equipment manufacturers, service companies, and development organisations that are fundamental to efficient, forward-thinking operations.

Remion was established in 2001 and currently employs 28 professionals. The company is based in Tampere, Finland. The acquisition of Remion will help Normet further develop its digitalisation strategy.
